  On multiple occasions the owner has been incredibly rude - beyond what is even close to socially acceptable or understandable. The pizza is sometimes OK, and sometimes terrible. They have often gotten my order wrong, and then won't fix it. The only reason they are SO busy is because they never have enough people working, they have one pizza machine, and there are No decent pizza places nearby (except Pizza BOGO, but that isn't exactly adjacent to campus).
  
  Please do NOT reward his Horrible rude and nasty behavior with business. And don't waste your money on sub-par pizza!

  While the food is ok (nothing exceptional) at this pizzeria, I have rarely had a worse experience dealing with a restaurant. The owner is extremely rude, and has no care about individual customers. On three separate occasions now he has been impolite and discourteous to my friends and me. This most recent occasion, I called my order in early (in order to avoid the abominable lunch wait time). When I arrived at La Pizzeria, after being ignored for nearly ten minutes, the proprietor proceeds to inform me that he received no such call. This is understandable in the lunch rush. However, his insinuation that I was lying, even after I showed him my call log, was what truly infuriated me. Noticing that I was upset, he simply said something along the lines of "Guess you have a long wait ahead of you". This is completely unacceptable behavior. At this point I left. I will no longer patron La Pizzeria.
  
  TL;DR
  The food is mediocre. The wait can be abysmal.. The staff is incredibly rude.
  Go to Mama Santas down the road in Little Italy.
